About the Role
I'm a local college student running a residential painting business in the Katy area this summer, and I'm looking for a motivated, personable marketing rep to help me grow. You'll be knocking doors in neighborhoods, starting conversations with homeowners, and setting up free painting estimates. No painting required, this is pure people's work.
What You'll Do
- Knock doors in assigned Katy-area neighborhoods (afternoons and evenings, weekdays and weekends)
- Introduce the business to homeowners and collect their contact information
- Set estimate appointments directly on my schedule
- Represent the business with professionalism and a positive attitude
Pay Structure
- $5 per qualified lead collected
- +$10 bonus when the lead is scheduled for an estimate
- +$100 bonus (or negotiable percentage) when a job is booked from your lead
- Top performers can realistically earn $40+ in a single evening before the booking bonus
Who We're Looking For
- High school or college students are strongly encouraged to apply
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers
- Reliable transportation to neighborhoods in the Katy area
- Honest and professional, you're representing my name, reputation, and business
- Previous sales, customer service, or door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required

- Compensation: 100% commission-based
