We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping or laundry services, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and garments.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
- Assist with floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a seamless guest experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles within the hospitality or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and techniques for effective cleaning.
- Familiarity with floor care equipment and procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
