This is a field sales management role, not a corporate training job. You will be in homes. You will be on the phone at 10pm saving a hold or doing a TO. If you've never sat in a homeowner's living room and helped a green rep close a deal he was about to lose, this isn't your role.
Florida Home360 sells impact windows, doors, and roofing across South Florida through a one-call-close, in-home process. Preset, confirmed appointments — our reps never cold call. Our top first-year reps are on track for $180,000+, and we can prove it.
You are the reason they get there.
The Role
You own a rep from the day you find him to the day he's closing clean. Then you hand him to the VP of Sales and start over with the next one.
You recruit him. You hire him. You train him. You ride along until he doesn't need you. You save his holds. You hold him to the number. At 90 days he's a producing, independent closer — or he's not here, and you've already replaced him.
You also support the VP of Sales directly: ride-alongs across the veteran team, hold and cancellation saves, and coverage where the floor needs it.
What You'll Own
Recruiting & Hiring
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of in-home sales candidates
- Source, screen, interview, hire
- Keep the funnel full enough that we're selecting, not settling
Training the Class
- Run and continuously improve onboarding and new-hire training
- Lead training classes, roleplays, and weekly development meetings
- Own scripts, product knowledge, presentation standards, and process adherence
- Certify a rep as field-ready — that call is yours
Managing the First 90 Days
- Manage new reps day-to-day: their number, their activity, their attitude
- Ride along in the field until they're closing independently — evenings and Saturdays, because that's when the appointments are
- Debrief every appointment. Coach on the drive home
- Decide with sales leadership when a rep earns leads and how many
- Identify a rep who isn't going to make it, and know it early
- Hand off clean, producing reps to the VP of Sales at 90 days
Supporting the VP of Sales
- Handle holds and cancellation saves across the sales floor
- Ride-alongs and coaching with veteran reps as needed
- Step into the field when the schedule demands it
How You'll Be Measured — and Paid
Base salary $85,000–$105,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus tied to the things you control:
- Qualified candidates entering training
- Percentage of new hires who graduate to independent production
- 30-, 60-, and 90-day retention
- The close rate and average ticket of the reps you certify
- Holds saved
Override bonus on your reps, first year bonus 35,000.00 - 50,000.00 First year target is 135,000.00 and fast growth from there.
What You Bring
- You have personally recruited, trained, and managed in-home sales reps in a one-call-close environment
- Home improvement, solar, HVAC, home services, timeshare, telecom, or another high-accountability sales floor — you don't need to have sold windows, but you need to have built closers
- You've managed against close rate, sit rate, demo rate, average ticket, and issued leads — and you know what to do when one of them slips
- You can save a hold on the phone at 8pm and mean it
- You hold people accountable without losing them
- Strong organization and follow-through — this role has a lot of moving parts and no one to catch what you drop
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and availability evenings and Saturdays
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
What's In It For You
You are not inheriting someone else's team and maintaining it. You build the bench for a growing company, you hand off finished closers, and you do it again — with a real budget, real leads, and a product that sells. Direct line to the VP of Sales and executive leadership. When your class produces, everyone knows exactly who made that happen.
