Warehouse Associate (Light Warehouse Operations)

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position primarily focuses on light warehouse operations and warehouse administrative tasks in a clean, organized, and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, be comfortable using computers, and possess strong organizational skills. This role involves inventory management, shipping and receiving, labeling, order processing, and maintaining accurate warehouse records.
Responsibilities
- Print shipping labels, packing slips, and other warehouse documents.
- Label products and packages accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Process outbound shipments using shipping software.
- Update inventory accurately using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Use RF scanners to receive, pick, and move inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Organize warehouse shelves and storage locations to ensure efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with team members to complete daily warehouse operations.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of warehouse or warehouse administrative experience required.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and labeling.
- Comfortable using computers, printers, Microsoft Office, and warehouse software.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, or AS400 is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Able to stand and walk throughout the workday and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Chinese speaking preferred.
- Bilingual English/Chinese candidates (including ABC) are highly preferred.
- Candidates living within a 30-minute driving distance of the warehouse are preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
