We are seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Relations Representative to join our growing team. This position reports to the Operations Manager and combines sales, customer relationship management, estimating, and quality control responsibilities to help ensure exceptional customer experiences and continued business growth.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales and Customer Relations Representative is responsible for generating new business, responding to incoming leads, preparing estimates, conducting property evaluations, and performing quality control inspections on properties we service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, building relationships, and contributing to both sales growth and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to incoming sales leads and inquiries.
- Conduct property evaluations and prepare estimates for lawn care, landscaping, mulch installation, and other services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Perform quality control inspections on serviced properties to ensure company standards are being met.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and enhancements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication within Service AutoPilot and Outlook.
- Assist with customer concerns and help resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Represent the company professionally in the field and within the community.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Previous sales experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be insurable under the company's vehicle insurance policy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software.
Preferred:
- Lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or related industry knowledge.
- Experience with Service AutoPilot or similar CRM software.
- Experience estimating residential service work.
- Experience in the home service industry.
