JOB
The Henry Ford College Surgical Technology Clinical Instructor's (CI) responsibilities focus on education, supervision, and evaluation of students in clinical settings. The CI will be a clinical resource person for the Surgical Technology students and will be responsible for their assignments and clinical evaluations. The CI will collaborate with the Clinical Manager, the Schedule Coordinator and/or the Educational Coordinator for the Operating Room.
Hours are variable Monday through Friday. The CI must have reliable transportation to travel to various clinical sites throughout southeast Michigan.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Earned Associate's Degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution required.

Current Certified Surgical Technologist with a minimum of 3 years' work experience in the Operating Room (OR) required.
