We’re growing our Verizon outreach team and looking for a full-time Verizon Customer Ambassador to support residential wireless campaigns through direct customer interaction, in-person outreach, and customer enrollment efforts. The Verizon Customer Ambassador works directly with homeowners to explain Verizon wireless services, answer questions, and help customers choose solutions that make sense for how they use their devices every day.

- Introduce residential customers to Verizon wireless products, promotions, and service plans through face-to-face interaction
- Help customers compare options and understand which wireless solutions fit their household needs
- Navigate customer questions, concerns, and service comparisons during live conversations
- Build trust through clear communication instead of scripted sales pitches
- Complete enrollments, agreements, and sales documentation accurately during customer interactions
- Represent the Verizon brand professionally throughout residential outreach campaigns
- Work closely with other Verizon Customer Ambassador team members to improve sales performance and outreach consistency
