The Byron Company is an apartment management company in St. Louis with buildings located in the central corridor around Forest Park and Washington University. We are currently taking applications for our LEASING OFFICE/TOURING AGENT position. The ideal applicant should be a current student or recent grad. that is a detail oriented, who is willing to help in all aspects of our management office, as well as showing apartments to prospects. This position includes answering phones, website updates, correspondence, filing, etc., as well as inspecting and showing available apartments. Meticulous attention to detail is a must. This position is FULL-TIME.
STARTING SALARY is $24+/ hour... pay is commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have a history of success in their prior work and/or education. Students with academic excellence encouraged to apply. Previous Real Estate property management or website design experience a plus.
