SUMMARY OF POSITION
The sample department as a whole is responsible for production of product samples and producing product wing and panel displays, road-lines and other promotional articles. The sample department works in a coordinated and systematic effort to launch new collections and to continually maintain a vast library of product samples. The department is responsible for fulfilling sample stock orders from our showrooms and agents. Maintaining an organized, cleanly work area is essential to meet company expectations. Attention to details and delivering a high standard of product is essential. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate at a group level.

- Memo ticket and labeling
- Inventory control and stock
- Sample Distribution
- New Collection Launch Production
- Pick and pack memo sample orders
- Process Fed ex packages
- Special projects

INVENTORY SKILLS - The ability to accurately sort and organize merchandise on selves and bins.
Accurately fills requisitions. Is attentive to supply management and able to forecast the need for stock replenishment.
ORGANIZATION –Maintains an organized, clean and professional workplace, meeting company standards. Can prioritize, plan, organize and complete assignments in a timely manner.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Entry level position
High School Graduate
Current Student or graduate with a focus in Interior Design
Education and/or career training in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design
Active interest in, or exposure to the interior design field
Computer Skills
Be able to meet the physical demands of the position, lifting and carrying boxes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
