Job Summary
Images Properties LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing repair requests and performing various projects. This job will involve use of your personal tools and vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed. The hours for this job are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00. Overtime is paid for required, “on call” on a rotating schedule. We reward our employees for performance (including efficient work, suggestions for improvements, problem solving, excellent attendance, etc.) through bonuses and expedited raises.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance repair requests
- Install/repair sheetrock
- Appliance repair/installation
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Flooring repair
- Unit remodels and turnovers
- Identify and order parts needed for repairs
- Basic computers skills, desktop and tablet
- Exterior maintenance including landscaping
- Fencing repair and replacement
- Other maintenance duties
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in multifamily maintenance or adjacent field (e.g. construction, senior living, single family, hotels, etc.) with a positive reference
- High level of proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and finish carpentry
- Pool certified
- Basic computer/smart phone skills
- Verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be able to climb stairs, walk long distances repeatedly, and lift 80 pounds
- Current, valid driver’s license with clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Dependable transportation with current insurance
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Personal tools for use on job site
