Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated clinician who is passionate about learning, professional growth, and providing exceptional care. Whether you are fully licensed or working toward independent licensure, we are looking for someone who is eager to deepen their understanding of trauma treatment while receiving high-quality supervision and mentorship.
Our practice values collaboration, ongoing education, and personal growth. Clinicians have opportunities to participate in team meetings, consultation, and specialized trainings.
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Minimum of 25 client sessions per week
- Attend supervision, staff meetings, and trainings
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field
- Fully licensed in Connecticut (LPC, LCSW) or
- Associate licensed in Connecticut (LPC-A, LMSW)
Preferred:
- EMDR trained
- Passion for trauma-informed care
- Commitment to continued professional growth and learning
