POSITION:
The General Manager is a key customer facing role that will oversee front desk staff and drive sales for studio memberships, private training and retail. You will report to the Regional Manager and will assist in increasing studio revenue through lead management and sales expertise while demonstrating exceptional customer service. You must have a background in sales or customer service with fitness industry experience a plus. Ideally, you will also have a desire and passion to grow into a larger leadership role as the studio grows.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience
- Extremely confident in generating personal sales and holding team members accountable to achieve goals
- Ability to assist with managing and driving 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently, and collaborate with Regional and Marketing managers to increase studio sales
- Strong focus on customer service with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software (e.g. ClubReady)
DUTIES
- Successfully execute lead management and sales processes
- Drive membership sales
- Supervise Sales Associates and assist with training and development
- Coordinate with the Regional Manager to ensure all forms, administrative and operational supplies, and studio literature is stocked as needed
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Any other duties as assigned
