After lunch, you mix coatings to manufacturer specs, set up airless or conventional spray gear, and apply finishes with spray guns, brushes, or rollers. You verify film build and coverage, document results, and keep your booth and tools spotless. Throughout the day, you communicate status to your supervisor and teammates, and you never compromise on PPE or safety protocols.

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of industrial painting and/or sandblasting experience.

Experience with airless and conventional spray systems.

Knowledge of coating systems and surface prep standards (e.g., SSPC/NACE).

Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work in varied conditions.
