Responsibilities
- Perform various esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and skin rejuvenation procedures using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records and client information.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments to promote long-term skin health.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, address concerns, and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Uphold sanitation standards and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment for both clients and staff.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and aesthetic tools to enhance client results.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.
- Familiarity with skin anatomy, and
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
- Competence in performing aesthetic treatments.
- Commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards and adhering to all health regulations.\
