Responsibilities
- Assemble 1911 handguns with meticulous attention to detail
- Measure parts accurately using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure proper fit and function
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to handling firearms
Required
- Extensive knowledge of 1911 Government and Double Stack models
- Minimum 2 years of instruction via accredited Trade School or OJT
- Experience in manual machining operations utilizing knee mill and manual lathes
- Knowledge and use of hand tools including files, drills, sanders and grinders
- must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
