At NC Enterprises, we’re expanding AT&T’s presence across the Portland market, and we’re adding a full-time Wireless Account Associate to support that growth. In this role, the Wireless Account Associate is responsible for building customer relationships from the ground up – starting with initial conversations and continuing through account setup, follow-ups, and ongoing support.
As a Wireless Account Associate, your focus is split between two things: driving sales in the moment and making sure those sales turn into lasting customer relationships. Every Wireless Account Associate plays a role in how customers experience the AT&T brand in a retail setting.
What you’ll handle as a Wireless Account Associate:
- Introduce AT&T services directly to customers in retail environments and guide them through the sales process from start to finish
- Set up new accounts while making sure each step is completed accurately and efficiently
- Stay connected with customers after enrollment, answering questions and maintaining the relationship beyond the initial sale
- Break down service options in a way that helps customers make decisions without second-guessing
- Balance multiple customer interactions at once while keeping each account organized
- Contribute to daily sales performance by staying consistent with outreach and follow-through
- Work with other Wireless Account Associate team members to keep the retail environment active and results-driven

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
