Job Summary
The Production Assistant supports the production line, broadcast crew, and camera crew as directed by team leads. You will assist with setup/strike, manage crafty, stay alert to evolving needs, and ensure smooth day-of-show operations. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take direction are essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist production line, broadcast crew, and camera operators as needed

Stay attentive and proactive; anticipate crew needs and respond quickly

Help with load-in/load-out, setup, and breakdown of broadcast equipment and craft services

Support cable management, gear organization, and basic stage/set prep

Run errands onsite, distribute call sheets/credentials, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace

Follow instructions from Production Manager, Broadcast Lead, and department heads with a positive, team-first attitude
Key Success Indicators

1+ years of live event or broadcast experience

Ability to drive a vehicle; valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Willingness to work long hours, nights, and weekends when needed

Strong communication, punctuality, and attention to detail

Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities

Familiarity with gaming/esports or live broadcast environments is a plus
