We're looking for a grill cook to work dinner service at our fine dining establishment south of Lansing. The right candidate has at least 3 years of experience that has left them with the requisite skill set to both maintain their own mise en place and run their own grill station. Filet, Ribeye, Prime rib and Beef Wellington are some of the everyday offerings that you can expect to be grilling up. We are looking to build on our current team with people who understand and love what it takes to run a high volume fine dining kitchen. I'm looking for someone who is a day in day out workhorse.
