Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated part time and full time Teachers to inspire and support learners across diverse educational settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic growth, social development, and overall well-being. As a Teacher, you will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom environment, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student’s unique needs are met. Your enthusiasm for education and commitment to student success will drive your daily interactions and instructional strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating innovative educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate students with various disabilities, including developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, visual impairments, and other special needs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement techniques and behavior management strategies tailored for students with behavioral health challenges.
- Conduct assessments, including progress monitoring, to evaluate student achievement and inform instructional adjustments.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, and other specialists to support individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure compliance with special education laws.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and behavioral incidents while ensuring adherence to educational regulations and privacy standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, literacy education, math instruction, childhood development, and inclusive teaching practices.
Qualifications
CPR/First Aide certified
Must pass federal background check
early childhood education preferred.
- Proven experience working with children or students with disabilities in classroom settings.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology integration.
- Familiarity with behavior management for students with special needs, and educational compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, families, colleagues, and external specialists.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning for all students regardless of their abilities or backgrounds.
- Experience in teaching is a plus

Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour
