Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows using platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot to nurture leads and accelerate conversions.
- Design and execute multichannel marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and other digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Utilize SQL, Google Analytics, and data analysis skills to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize attribution modeling for better ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with overall marketing objectives and sales goals.
- Maintain and update HTML and CSS code snippets to customize landing pages, email templates, and forms for targeted campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on email marketing initiatives to improve open rates, click-through rates, and lead generation effectiveness.
- Manage integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems such as Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow and accurate tracking of customer interactions.
Experience
- Proven experience working with marketing automation platforms including Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as B2B marketing, lead generation strategies, attribution modeling, and email marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for customizing digital assets and enhancing user experience.
- Experience analyzing data using SQL and Google Analytics to inform campaign optimization decisions.
- Familiarity with multichannel marketing tactics across various digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Prior experience working within a fast-paced environment focused on digital marketing initiatives is highly desirable.
