We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer focused individual to join our team. This position is usually the first and last interaction our customers have with us, so it is especially important to us that the applicant is welcoming, helpful, and working in a moderately fast paced environment.
Schedule:
Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 12:30pm - 6:00pm
Requirements:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions
- Assist customers with locating products and answering questions
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Work with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Follow company safety, security, and customer service procedures
- Willingness to learn and adapt
