We are seeking an experienced caregiver for two ladies with mild to moderate developmental disabilities in their personal residence in North Royalton.
Duties include assistance with personal care, medications, cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, errands, and outings, in accordance with individual service plans. We emphasize teamwork and communication to provide a safe, happy, and rewarding environment for our clients and a satisfying work experience for our employees. Minimum job requirements:
- At least one year work or volunteer experience in related field.
- 18+ years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ohio driver's license, auto insurance, and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Preference will be given to applicants having current Med Cert I and first aid/CPR certifications.
A full-time position is available for second shift, with the following schedule: Sunday 8a-6p, Monday 2p-8p, Wednesday thru Friday 2p-10p.
Starting pay is $17.85 per hour ($10.40 per hour for on-site, on-call hours). In addition to paid personal time off and ten paid holidays, full-time employees receive $200 per month in supplemental pay. Supplemental pay may be used towards health care costs or any other purpose.
