I Am My Brother's Keeper (IAMBK) is a nonprofit organization that provides an afterschool program for youth and families (grades K and up) that enable them to become self-supportive and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The afterschool program operates daily from 2pm - 6:00 pm and includes academic tutoring, life skills management, creative dance, visual arts, STEM, group counseling, and continuous professional development for staff.
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who enjoy helping youth succeed. The successful candidate for this position is punctual, creative, and committed.
Responsibilities:
- Help to facilitate daily afterschool programming
- Assess student progress and create activities that help them improve
- Communicate with parents and the program director regarding ongoing needs for the students

Pay: From $10.50 per hour
