Restoration Team Lead - Water, Fire, Mold- (1yr exp req) - Path to Project Manager
Job Summary
We are hiring a Restoration Team Lead with 1–3 years of experience to run water, fire, and mold jobs, lead crews, and manage projects from start to finish. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be comfortable in a hands-on, field-based leadership role with a clear path to Project Manager in 6–12 months.
Qualifications: - Restoration Team Lead - Water, Fire or Mold
- 1+ year of leadership experience (Water, Fire, or mold)
- 1–3 years in the restoration industry
- Ability to manage jobs, crews, and customer communication
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportaion
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency services
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
This position is ideal for a Water Damage Technician or Restoration Technician ready to step into a leadership role.
Preferred
- IICRC certification
- Xactimate & Estimating experience
Responsibilities: - Restoration Team Lead - Water, Fire, Mold
- Manage restoration projects from start to finish
- Develop scopes of work and estimates per IICRC standards
- Train and mentor restoration technicians
- Communicate with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance reps
- Present project scopes and recommend additional services (sales support)
- Follow up on estimates and ongoing jobs to secure approvals
- Review job documentation for accuracy, compliance, and billing
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment readiness
- Follow IICRC standards for water mitigation, mold remediation, & Fire damage restoration
