About the Position
As our Automotive Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping every transaction moving smoothly from purchase to completion. You'll work directly with customers, lenders, the DMV, vendors, and our internal team to ensure every deal is accurate, compliant, and completed on time.
No two days are exactly alike, and that's exactly how you like it.
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle purchases accurately from start to finish
- Prepare and process Florida and out-of-state title work
- Review deal jackets for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers, lienholders, lenders, and the DMV to resolve title issues
- Track outstanding documents and follow up until every transaction is complete
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Assist with office operations and administrative projects as needed
- Help improve office processes and identify ways to work more efficiently
Who We're Looking For
You are someone who:
- Has automotive dealership title clerk or dealership office experience (required)
- Understands Florida title and registration procedures
- Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Learns new software quickly
- Can manage multiple priorities without constant supervision
- Communicates professionally in person, on the phone, and by email
- Takes pride in accuracy and completing work the right way
- Is dependable, positive, and enjoys being part of a team
