Position Summary
Garden Life is seeking dedicated and physically hardworking individuals to join our team as Garden Crew Members. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing beautiful, high-quality gardens that align with our company’s commitment to excellence in design and horticulture. Crew members assist with set procedures of hands-on gardening tasks, ensuring client satisfaction through meticulous care and attention to detail.
This is an entry-level, full-time seasonal position running from early April to mid-December, with opportunities for growth into more advanced roles as skills develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a physically fast paced day.
- Assist with garden care, including planting, weeding, watering, and deadheading.
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, using tools and materials responsibly.
- Following procedures Garden Life has implemented.
- Interact respectfully and professionally with clients and coworkers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong physical endurance; ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds, bend, stretch, and walk throughout the workday.
- Effective communication and professionalism.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $20 - $25/hour, based on experience and work ethic.
