Overview:
We are seeking a Monitoring Specialist to join our team. As a Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring GPS clients who are pre-trial and installing monitors on clients who need released from the jail overnight. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide monitoring services
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and effective communication
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong sales skills to effectively upsell products or services
- Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
