Experienced Bartender
Saint Leo is looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven bartender to join our team.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about cocktails, wine, food, and genuine hospitality—someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests and takes pride in their craft.
Our ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, comfortable engaging with guests, and excited to be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, excellence, and continuous learning.
What You'll Do
- Craft classic and seasonal cocktails with consistency and attention to detail. We are a very busy, full service bar!
- Guide guests through our cocktail, wine, beer, and food offerings
- Make thoughtful recommendations and pairing suggestions
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests at the bar and throughout the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Execute opening and closing duties with attention to detail
- Process payments and cash handling accurately
- Participate in ongoing beverage and service education
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, professional culture
What We're Looking For
- MUST have previous bartending experience in a restaurant, cocktail bar, hotel, or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability
- A team-first mindset and willingness to learn

Pay: $33.50 - $47.00 per hour
