Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum that promotes exploration, discovery, and hands-on learning experiences.

- Observe and assess each child's developmental progress to tailor instruction and support their individual needs.
- Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
- Foster strong communication with parents and guardians by providing regular updates on student progress and classroom activities.
- Support children with special educational needs through early intervention strategies and individualized attention.
- Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social skills into daily lessons to promote well-rounded development.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Montessori teaching methods and curriculum development.
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings.
- Strong understanding of childhood development, behavior management, and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and Montessori principles.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Experience in working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures, tutoring techniques, and child welfare practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom environment that supports daycare or preschool activities efficiently.
