We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Ashburn, VA.
The Role
Responsible for warehouse management within the main warehouse and for all materials and inventory held at satellite location(s). This includes complete responsibility for all inbound & outbound movement of materials & inventory and for the security & control of warehouse materials and inventory within the organization. This also includes completion of all associated documentation and update of movements of materials and recording of component stock and serial numbers within the computerized stock and production system (SAP Business One).

Accountable for material requisitioning and ensuring inventory are available accurately and timely for production plans and schedules;
- Ensure assembly have the correct material requirements for the production schedule;
- Performing material storage capacity planning, plan/redesign/implement material flow for changes to capacity requirements;
- Plan, schedule and monitor deliveries and work closely with all shipping providers on import & export activities.
- Truck loading, pick up and delivery of product to site in the State of Virginia;
- Updating product control sheets after deliveries are complete (Smartsheet)
- Timely and effective response to general inquiries;
- Responsibility for monthly inventory management.
- Adhering to health & safety, quality and environmental policies and company objectives at all times.
- Continually improving inbound and outbound warehouse service delivery processes and policies;
- Responsible for monitoring of warehouse vehicles and company vehicles
- Responsible for ensuring that all equipment is calibrated and ready for use
- Management of PPE and ensuring all staff have correct safety clothing
- Other duties as required
Required Qualifications

Previous experience as Warehouse Manager
- Experience with Inventory Control Computer systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional approach to work, with an eye for detail
