What You’ll Do
- Operate or assist on corrugating and converting machinery
- Work safely around automated equipment in a fast-paced factory
- Load, stack, bundle, and unitize corrugated product on active production lines
- Perform hands-on material handling, hand pack, and break-apart work
- Conduct quality inspections and remove non-conforming material
- Read and follow shop cards and job specifications
- Meet or exceed hourly production and quality standards
- Perform routine cleanup and basic preventative maintenance
- Accurately record production data in company systems
- Work as part of a manufacturing team
Requirements
- Prior manufacturing or industrial production experience preferred
- Comfortable working around high-speed machinery and production quotas
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive hand motions
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour

- Corrugated Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
