Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position requires a commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
- Operate pressure washing equipment (commercial/high-pressure washers) to clean building exteriors, driveways, patios, sidewalks, fences, and other surfaces.
- Follow strict safety protocols to protect yourself, team members, clients, and property.
- Load, transport, and set up equipment at job sites.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure reliability.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Conduct pre- and post-job walkthroughs with clients to verify expectations and satisfaction.
- Capture before-and-after photos of all projects for documentation and quality control.
- Communicate promptly with the Home Office regarding any client requests for additional services. Ensure all change orders are approved and contracts updated before performing add-on work.
- Maintain respectful, professional client interactions; leave job sites clean and presentable.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude; able to learn equipment operation and safety quickly.
- Dependable, punctual, good communication skills.
- Previous pressure washing or power washing experience is a plus, but not required if you are hardworking and trainable.
Requirements
- Must pass drug & background screening
- Valid, current driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Comfortable with physical labor; ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $23-$27/hour (depending on experience).
- Bonus Opportunities: Earn commissions on client-approved add-on services you identify and close in the field (e.g., noticing gutters need cleaning during a roof wash).
