Responsibilities
- Lead and support the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service in a high-end boutique setting
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience from start to finish
- Drive sales while achieving individual and team performance goals
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Manage scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily workflow
- Evaluate office performance via KPIs
- Ensure smooth office operations and maintain high standards of professionalism
- Assist with frame styling, lens recommendations, and premium product sales
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Lead team meetings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Work closely with doctors and staff to provide outstanding patient care
- Lead, motivate, and train staff on optical product knowledge, eyewear fittings, and customer engagement strategies
- Manage optical dispensing processes, including spectacle lens selection, eyewear fittings, and frame adjustments to meet client needs
- Maintain compliance with health regulation policies, HIPAA privacy standards, and clinical confidentiality policies during patient interactions
- Conduct laboratory quality control to ensure premium product delivery
- Utilize POS systems and EMR/EHR platforms to accurately process sales, medical records, billing, and inventory management
- Ensure adherence to state healthcare regulations and clinic protocols while providing personalized optical care for diverse patient populations
- Come up with marketing ideas and opportunities to further grow the office while working with our marketing department
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience within an optical or healthcare environment with strong leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with spectacle lens dispensing, eyewear fittings, frame adjustments, and optical laboratory procedures
- Proven success in sales and customer service
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with luxury eyewear brands
- ABO certification is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (second language is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to multi-task, and work in a sometimes fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
- Must be willing to work in a mall setting and hours (negotiable, flexible)
- Must be able to work weekends (both days preferred)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
