Ramirez Security Services is seeking reliable, professional, and highly alert Security Officers to join our growing team. Our officers play a critical role in protecting clients, property, and the public by maintaining a safe environment and responding quickly to incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Patrols — Conduct foot or vehicle patrols to ensure safety and detect suspicious activity.
- Access Control — Monitor entrances/exits, verify credentials, and maintain secure site access.
- Incident Response — Respond to emergencies, disturbances, alarms, and safety hazards.
- Report Writing — Document daily activity, incidents, and observations clearly and accurately.
- Customer Interaction — Provide assistance, directions, and maintain a professional presence at all times.
- Surveillance Monitoring — Observe cameras and security systems to detect threats or violations.
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Guard Card (Unarmed or Armed)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Prior security experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $20.50 - $28.50 per hour
