Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in person to promote AT&T products and services
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service and communication
- Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions to support sales growth
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional, friendly manner
- Learn and maintain product knowledge to confidently educate customers on available services
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate sales information
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experiences and support team success
- Support daily sales goals in a fun, team-driven, and growth-focused environment
Entry Level Sales Associate Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or customer-facing roles is a plus

Pay: $49,350.61 - $59,432.99 per year
