We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Assistant / Front Desk Team Member with a warm, outgoing, and energetic personality!

Key Responsibilities:
Dental Assisting Duties
- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatory rooms
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans
- Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene
- Restock supplies and manage inventory
- Follow infection control protocols and safety standards
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls, manage messages, and schedule appointments
- Collect payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Keep the front office organized and welcoming
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Must)
- Experience in dental assisting (Must)
- X-Rays Certificate (Must)
