Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing and equipment sanitation
- Serve meals to residents or guests with friendly, attentive service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Prior experience in dietary departments, food service, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Culinary experience including meal preparation, cooking, knife skills, and food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Experience with menu planning, food industry standards, or catering is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet operational demands
