Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sign Maker/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building professional signage and ensuring their precise installation. Your expertise will help bring our clients’ branding visions to life through expertly crafted signage and seamless installation processes.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate custom signs including wood, acrylic, aluminum, and illuminated signs with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate sign manufacturing equipment such as CNC routers, vinyl cutters, digital printers, welding, hand tools, and power tools.
- Install signs at various locations, following safety protocols and client specifications
- Collaborate with the design team on layout, typography, and material selection for optimal visual impact
- Conduct quality checks on finished signs before installation or delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient production and installation workflows
Requirements
- Driver's License
- Must Pass Background Check
- Must Pass Drug Test
- Must be able to lift < 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate sign-making equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail during fabrication and installation phases
- Must take safety precautions seriously
- Strong communication skills to communicate ideas clearly with clients and team members
- Able to meet deadlines and be coachable
