Hello, thank you for your interest in this position. Before we dive into all of the details on the position I thought it would be nice to know a little bit more about the company and our environment.
Tacoma Creek Hospitality (TCH) was founded by Joe McCurdy (Founder and President) in 2018. TCH was built with the dream to exist to inspire and mentor our teammates into fulfilling careers and meaningful lives. Everything that we do at TCH is focused on developing our team’s integrity, skill and ability to serve others.
Before TCH was created Joe worked for a company that did just this. It changed his whole outlook on how business should be run and how a company should help create, guide and form the individual and help boost them up to their full potential. We believe that each individual on our team is the key to success and building as well as progressing each and every one of our own careers in the right direction.
Our personality
The following “values” aren’t moral imperatives, they describe our personality and how we work together. If you share these values, you’ll definitely enjoy working with us. If you don’t share these values, you’ll probably wonder why we’re so weird, and quickly look for another job. These values don’t describe a “good” person, they just describe the kind of person who will fit well with us. Our company embodies the values of our founder and team we’ve build:
Authentic - We speak truthfully, act with integrity, and show up as ourselves;
Reliable - We follow through and we consistently deliver on our promises;
Problem Solver - We approach challenges with creativity, resourcefulness, and grit;
Serving Heart - We lead with empathy, putting others’ needs ahead of our own;
No Drama - We keep it clean. No gossip, no office politics, just honest collaboration;
Curious - We notice details, we ask questions,we seek understanding, we never stop learning.
