Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces pristine
- Assist with meal preparation or light cooking tasks as needed to support resident or guest needs
- Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring overall cleanliness of the premises
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring guest or resident satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services with a focus on sanitation and customer service
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation protocols
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with an energetic approach to completing tasks efficiently
- Experience with laundry operations and basic cooking skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with residents or guests
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
