Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with various types of trucks, and machines. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. The Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all tasks performed.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical issues in equipment and machinery, including Lawnmowers, weed wackers, Blowers, and other Landscaping equipment.
- Conduct welding tasks as needed to repair or fabricate components but not required.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot electrical issues related to machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the shop or field.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machinery repair.
- Proficiency in welding techniques and practices. (not required)
- Solid understanding of electrical systems related to mechanical equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
