About the Role
Miracle Greens is seeking an experienced, dependable Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Bend dispensary.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused primarily on staff management, customer experience, compliance, and daily retail operations. You'll work alongside a small team while providing clear direction, coaching, accountability, and support.
This role has a more focused scope than a traditional dispensary General Manager position. Ownership retains responsibility for product purchasing and intake, payroll, banking/cash drops, ATM refills, and supply ordering, allowing the Retail Manager to focus on the team and the sales floor.
We're looking for someone who is approachable and supportive, but also confident setting expectations, addressing performance issues, and having difficult conversations when necessary.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the retail team during daily operations
- Set expectations and hold employees accountable to company standards
- Coach employees and provide ongoing feedback
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews
- Address attendance, performance, conduct, and workplace concerns
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, training, and corrective actions
- Delegate daily responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed
- Ensure opening, closing, cleaning, and operational procedures are followed
- Monitor till accuracy and assist with routine operational audits
- Support employees with escalated customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with OLCC regulations and company policies
- Maintain appropriate employee and incident documentation
- Communicate staffing, compliance, cash-handling, supply, and operational needs to ownership
- Assist with budtending and floor coverage as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional dispensary
Qualifications
Required:
- 21+ years old
- Current Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one
- Previous retail, hospitality, cannabis, or customer-service experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable providing feedback and holding employees accountable
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to handle employee matters professionally and confidentially
- Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day management decisions
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$28/hour DOE + tips
- Tuesday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Approximately 24 hours per week + occasional coverage as needed
