Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Process A/R & A/P invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently
- Verify and reconciliate QB booking transaction from credit cards, bank accounts, payments platform, among others.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and document organization to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support logistic management and scheduling for finance team meetings and appointments
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and staff
- Perform proofreading, data verification, and clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Support bookkeeping activities including bank reconciliations and basic financial reporting
- Maintain organized records of client files, invoices, receipts, and other essential documents
- Assist with administrative tasks related to office management and internal communications
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is highly preferred
- Excellent typing speed and computer literacy with strong attention to detail
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients or team members
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Office management experience will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of data entry procedures, proofreading techniques, and filing systems is essential
