What We’re Looking For:
- An active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) credential with BACB certification
- Background as a Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or Behavioral Health Assistant
- Familiarity with state IEP programs is preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus, though not required
- Proven commitment to supporting student growth and fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 with assigned students, implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Apply ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques to support students with a variety of abilities across K-12 grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and school staff to monitor and report on student progress
- Assist in adapting classroom activities and communication methods for optimal student engagement
- Maintain consistent documentation and uphold confidentiality standards at all times
