LPN: Long-Term Care / Days / up to $42/hr

Position Highlights:
- Full-time, permanent/direct hire opportunity
- Day Shift Available
- 3x12 schedule: 6:00am–6:00pm
- Every other weekend rotation
- Responsible for providing direct nursing care and supporting daily nursing operations
- Opportunity to work closely with residents while helping maintain high-quality standards of care and compliance
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay: $30–$38/hr depending on experience
- When applicable - Additional $4/hr evening shift differential (starting at 2pm) and Additional $6/hr night shift differential, plus additional weekend shift differential

Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Nebraska LPN License REQUIRED
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, cardiac, or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
This is a full-time direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired directly by the facility on Day 1.
