Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Mathematics Teachers to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating modern educational technology and diverse learning styles.
- Deliver classroom instruction in mathematics topics such as algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, discrete math, differential equations, and other relevant areas.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, including those requiring special education accommodations.
- Utilize classroom management strategies to foster a positive learning environment conducive to active participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum implementation, instructional design, and assessment strategies to ensure consistency and quality across grade levels.
- Incorporate standardized testing preparation into lesson plans and provide tutoring or mentoring sessions as needed.
- Integrate educational technology tools effectively into lessons to enhance understanding and engagement.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to teaching science, mathematics content knowledge, research methodologies, and instructional best practices.
- Support school initiatives related to educational compliance, behavioral management, and inclusive education practices.
Experience
- Prior teaching experience at the high school or middle school level with a focus on mathematics education.
- Demonstrated expertise in teaching advanced mathematical concepts such as calculus, differential equations, discrete math, and proof-based reasoning.
- Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering an inclusive environment that respects individual learning styles.
- Familiarity with educational technology integration, including implementing IT-enhanced lessons and digital assessment tools.
- Background in curriculum development, instructional design, or research laboratory experience related to science or mathematics is advantageous.
- Experience working within private or international school settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Knowledge of educational regulations and standards relevant to mathematics instruction at secondary education levels.
