Job Description:We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Retail Sales and Graphic Design Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating custom graphic designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to understand their design preferences and provide recommendations
- Utilize basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Corel Draw to create custom designs
- Ensure 5 star customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and excellent service
- Answer the phone and respond to email and voicemail as quickly as possible.
- Make sure all artwork is finalized and transferred to production
- Review previous day's orders to prioritize artwork and printing
- Ensure 24 hour turnaround orders met ahead of schedule
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in basic graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Corel Draw
- You have worked in a retail environment for at least one year.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for design
- Knowledge of printing techniques and materials is a plus

Additional Responsibilities:
- Timely opening and closing procedures
- Solve production hold-ups in professional manner and communicate with customers
- Review orders “in the pipeline” and send follow-ups when appropriate
- Receive, put away and perform monthly inventory counts
- Assist with production once customer responsibilities are met
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starts at $17.00 per hour with bonuses available based on personal and store sales goals
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
