Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and creativity
- Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client’s style and skin tone
- Execute advanced techniques such as nail extensions, gel application, and acrylic nail application to achieve desired looks
- Perform body waxing, hand and foot massages
- Maintain strict adherence to salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean environment for clients and staff
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice on nail care, and upsell retail products or additional services
- Conduct disinfection procedures between appointments to prevent cross-contamination and uphold health standards
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments, and industry best practices
- Assist with any cleaning tasks and daily responsibilities
Experience
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of nail art and extension work
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace
- Familiarity with color theory, nail extensions (including acrylics), gel manicures, and other advanced nail techniques
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients, understand their needs, and promote retail sales effectively
- Experience in client consultation, eyelash extensions, massage is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $120.00 - $140.00 per day
