Job Overview
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans for the organization
- Support Head of sales to prepare Mid Term Sales plan presentation update
- Support Sales team with analysis and preparation of internal documents including program profitability review,
- improvement initiatives, budget and forecast preparation, and scenario analysis
- Prepare prototype and service quotations for customer submission
- Support AP recovery and tracking, including outstanding invoices, tooling
- Maintain customer database and ensure accuracy of customer information
- Support monthly SAP data reporting
- Assignment of additional responsibilities as needed
Experience
- Associates degree with right experience, and preferred BA+
- At least 15 years commercial experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products and procedures quickly
- Excellent organizational skills; task oriented, accurate, and efficient
- Professional communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, Power point), and
- familiarity with other web-based applications
- Proficiency with general financial principles and analysis
- Adaptability to changing priorities and business requirements
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
