We are hiring an experienced manager to oversee daily operations of a busy pizzeria. This is primarily a day-shift position, with flexibility required to cover other shifts when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Open the restaurant and manage daily operations
- Supervise employees and keep the team productive
- Provide shift coverage when employees call out
- Manage the register, cash drawers, daily sales reports, and bank deposits
- Monitor food, beverage, and supply inventory
- Place orders and communicate with vendors
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards
- Train new employees and correct performance issues
- Handle customer complaints quickly and professionally
- Ensure all opening, prep, and cleaning duties are completed
- Follow food-safety procedures and company policies
- Help control labor, waste, and food costs
Requirements:
- Restaurant or pizzeria management experience preferred
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking charge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience handling cash and making bank deposits
- Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and employee coverage
- Comfortable working with POS systems and basic sales reports
- Available for the day shift and occasional nights or weekends
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
This is a hands-on position. We need someone who can run the store, solve problems, support the staff, and step in wherever needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
